Industrial and academic research is mobilising for cyber security in health.

AiiNTENSE takes the lead in securing predictive tools in neuroscience by participating in the creation of Cybaile

In the field of health, cybersecurity is at the heart of the challenges of artificial intelligence (AI) driven by massive data. On the one hand, the reliability of the data must be ensured regardless of their nature, the processing and the transformations they may have undergone. On the other hand, the methods that will be applied with a view to exploitation must themselves be reliable. In both cases, it is a question of dealing with attacks and misappropriations of all kinds, by considering realistic situations with centralised and/or distributed data in several centres.

To meet these challenges in terms of innovation and scientific excellence, THALES, AiiNTENSE, SOPHiA GENETICS and the LaTIM Inserm UMR 1101 have decided to join forces within the CYBAILE Chair in order to combine their academic and industrial expertise; expertise that is widely recognised and that complements each other in terms of cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and knowledge of the field in order to respond to the challenge of developing tomorrow's secure and robust trusted AI in health.

A first step in the realisation of this project is made possible by the financial support of the Brittany region, ratified on 6 December 2021.
