Extracting, structuring and standardising patient data in neuroscience

Modern medical research requires taking into account all patient data, controlling their heterogeneity and ensuring that operational data can be easily used in research projects.

In neurosciences, medical reflection is fed mainly by very qualitative information, which we find mainly in initial observations, daily words, radiology or electroencephalogram reports. These are mainly unstructured data, in free text, in word or pdf formats
