Protection of personal data

The companyAiiNTENSE, SAS with a capital of 5 235€, registered in the RCS d'EVRY under the n°843311937, located at 4, rue Pierre Fontaine in Evry, within the framework of its activity, implements personal data processing including, in particular, the data of its customers, its contacts, including the persons using and consulting the site or having subscribed to a mailing list (newsletter).

As such, this Personal Data Protection Policy illustrates our AiiNTENSEcommitment to privacy and the protection of your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, as amended by Act No. 2018-493 of 20 June 2018, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.

AiiNTENSE is the sole recipient of the Personal Data. As such, AiiNTENSE implements technical and organisational measures to protect your Personal Data against loss, illegal access, etc. Unless expressly authorised by the person concerned, AiiNTENSE is formally prohibited from disclosing, assigning, transferring or communicating to third parties all or part of the Personal Data, with the exception of its service providers or subcontractors for information strictly necessary for the purposes listed below. 6. Data breach

In case of violation of Personal Data, AiiNTENSE undertakes to notify the CNIL under the conditions prescribed by the RGPD. If the said breach poses a high risk to Customers and Contacts and the data has not been protected, AiiNTENSE will notify the Clients and Contacts concerned and will communicate to the Clients and Contacts concerned the necessary information and recommendations.
